Adopter's Agreement

By adopting from Casa Del Bunnies, I agree that:

  1. I am adopting this rabbit for myself and will not sell, give away, or rehome them to any third party.
  2. If the rabbit has not yet been spayed or neutered, I will arrange for the procedure at the earliest opportunity.
  3. I will provide appropriate care at all times, including suitable food, fresh water, shelter, companionship, and veterinary treatment when needed.
  4. Should I become unable to care for the rabbit, I will contact Casa Del Bunnies and return them rather than rehoming independently.
  5. I understand that Casa Del Bunnies makes no guarantees regarding the rabbit's temperament and accepts no liability for any injury or damage that may occur after adoption.
  6. I will keep Casa Del Bunnies informed of any changes to my contact details.
