Replaces the single combined needs-attention table with two separate tables — one for cleaning, one for playtime — laid out side by side on desktop and stacked on mobile. Each table is independently sorted most-urgent-first (never-logged compartments still sort first).

feat(dashboard): split needs-attention into cleaning/playtime tables ... 44b85b450b

Replace the single combined needs-attention table with two separate
tables, one for cleaning and one for playtime, each independently
sorted most-overdue-first (never-logged compartments still sort as
most urgent). Laid out side by side on desktop, stacked on mobile via
a new .attention-grid class.
